In a bizarre almost surreal move Hunter Biden has suddenly stepped down from the board of BKR, a Chinese private equity firm.

Meanwhile, his father was on the campaign trail adamantly doubling down defending his son’s business interests within the communist regime.

At a recent political rally, the elder Biden angrily said, “Trump deserves to be investigated. He is violating every basic norm of a President. You should be asking him the question, why is he on the phone with a foreign leader trying to intimidate a foreign leader, if that’s what happened.”

He accused Trump of “doing this because he knows I’ll beat him like a drum and he’s using the abuse of power and every element of the Presidency to try to do something to smear me.”

However Sunday’s move by Hunter Biden suggests that despite the general “blackout’ by the mainstream media refusing to actually investigate the play for pay antics by the Bidens, the news is still getting out, thanks in part to the President’s continuous tweets along with his massive rallies where the media is forced to report on the President.

Moreover Hunter’s about-face statements on Sunday implying that he knew before he ever accepted a position within a state-controlled firm of the Chinese government for an obscene amount of money, that the name “Biden” would at the very least pose an ethics dilemma for his father.

Especially considering the younger Biden had no actual experience within the world of finance when he traveled to China with his dad, aboard “Air Force Two,” to apparently meet with influential government leaders and within 10 days of those meetings, Hunter secured a $1.5 billion dollar commitment from China.

However, on Sunday, Hunter’s attorney, George Mesires, did the “mea-culpa” within a prepared statement.

“Hunter always understood that his father would be guided, entirely and unequivocally, by established U.S. policy, regardless of its effects on Hunter’s professional interests,” He never anticipated the barrage of false charges against both him and his father by the President of the United States.”

Mesires, then elaborated further acknowledging Hunter would call it quits by the end of the month, adding he would not handle any international work, to eliminate any suggestions regarding a conflict of interest.

Which in-and-of-itself, raises additional questions, in that if Hunter’s claim is that he’s “now” making an effort to eliminate any suggestion of a conflict of interest, why hadn’t he assumed there would be a conflict of interest when he took the position while his dad was still Vice President? What changed?

The statement went on to conclude, “Under a Biden Administration, Hunter will readily comply with any and all guidelines or standards a President Biden may issue to address purported conflicts of interest, or the appearance of such conflicts, including any restrictions related to overseas business interests,” Mesires said. “In any event, Hunter will agree not to serve on boards of, or work on behalf of, foreign-owned companies.”

Adding, “He will continue to keep his father personally uninvolved in his business affairs while availing himself as necessary and appropriate to the Office of the White House Counsel to help inform his application of the Biden Administration’s guidelines or standards to his business decision-making.”

In short, the things that the Biden clan should have done then, Hunter promises to do now and in the future, which is like suggesting once the bank robber gets caught, he promises to give back all the loot he stole, in return for not going to jail.

The statement is actually a confession of wrongdoing by Hunter Biden, slated to resign effectively from BHR Equity Investment Fund Management Co. by Oct. 31.

The President has continually called out the Bidens for their corrupt practices concerning both the Ukraine and China deals, which is perhaps the reason why Biden as Vice President was soft on China.

In one recent exchange Biden raised eyebrows when he shrugged off concerns regarding China’s bad trade policies saying, “Come on, man, I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what, they’re no competition for us.” Despite China’s unfair trade policies, manipulation of their currency, theft of our intellectual properties, along with a yearly trade deficit of between $350 to $500 billion dollars.

Joe and Hunter Biden can run, but they cannot hide anymore since the Democrats do not own the DOJ, CIA, and FBI. Justice is coming.

Mr. Biden needs to shut up and worry about his own parties giant move to the left and anti American attitude. They do more for illegal refuges than for the people paying their salary!
