Ed Buck, a well known LGBTQ activist, and Democratic mega-donor, was arrested Tuesday in Los Angeles after another individual suffered an overdose last week, inside the West Hollywood home of the 65-year old former businessman and progressive political activist.

The individual fortunately survived the ordeal after being rushed to the hospital.

The Democratic donor has been on the “radar screen” of law enforcement for quite some time — two other victims suffered the same faith, (both dying), at the same location 18-months apart.

At the time police claimed they didn’t have enough evidence to arrest and convict Buck of a crime until now.

Court papers obtained by the TIMES contend that Buck used his influence and power within political circles and the gay community to manipulate his victims into participating in his sexual fetishes.

According to the Times, “These fetishes include supplying and personally administering dangerously large doses of narcotics to his victims,” the prosecutors wrote.

Seymour Amster, the attorney for Buck told Fox News that he would not comment concerning the arrest, however, defended his client insisting he did nothing wrong.

However back in July of 2017, Gemmel Moore, a young black man was found dead in Buck’s apartment of a drug overdose, 18-months later another black man Timothy Dean (55) was also found dead from a methamphetamine overdose, in both instances the men were found naked in the living room with drug paraphernalia littered throughout the room.

Prosecutors in both instances didn’t file criminal charges, citing insufficient evidence, which leads one to wonder did  Buck’s reputation as a mega-Democratic donor along with being a major player within the gay community, have anything to do with law enforcement looking the other way?

Perhaps after 3-strikes even in West Hollywood, it’s time to take this wacko off the streets, regarding this latest incident.

According to court documents obtained by local affiliate KTLA TV, Buck allegedly brought a man to his home earlier this month and injected him with the drug methamphetamine. About a week later the man returned to Buck’s apartment and was once again injected with the presumed drug by Buck. However this time the individual apparently suffered an overdose.

Buck is charged with hindering the man’s attempt to get help, forcing the individual to flee the apartment running to a nearby gas station calling for help, the individual luckily survived, which calls into question did Buck also hinder the two victims from getting help who died in his apartment? If so, Buck faces something a lot more severe, if proven.

Moreover, according to the Daily Beast, the family of 26-year-old Gemmel Moore has made new allegations as part of their civil suit against Buck.

The current allegation within the lawsuit contends that Buck injected Moore with crystal meth and required Moore to view “hardcore gay male pornography which played loudly on a large flatscreen television set,” while engaging in sex acts, according to the Beast.

The latest allegation from Moore’s family claims that Buck “knowingly utilized interstate commerce for the purpose of recruiting, enticing and transporting” Moore from Texas to Los Angeles, for “commercial sex acts.”

The complaint claims that Buck paid for Moore’s transportation and promised to pay Moore for the rendezvous. It also said Buck distributed a sexually explicit video recording of Moore to “one of several unnamed defendants” in April of this year.

The case was originally filed in Los Angeles Superior Court but moved to federal court in May.

Buck’s attorney, Seymour Amster, didn’t return Fox News’ calls or emails, but told the Daily Beast that he would “reserve our comment to our court filings and we will be aggressively litigating this.”

Who are they, the Los Angeles Police Dept, kidding? Of COURSE they didn’t charge Buck with supplying illegal narcotics to people visiting him in his apartment because he was a powerful and wealthy Democrat donee. Supplying the narcotics and administering them to these men is an act of MURDER! He knew exactly what he was doing and what these doses of the narcotics would do to these men. So far only TWO have died (?), but how many else has he done this to? I hope he is tried, convicted and sentenced to life in prison with no possibility of parole…ever.
