When we think of the upcoming 2020 Presidential Election, the first and perhaps only thing Trump supporters think about is reelecting the President to a second term, and rarely of the much wider consequences for the health of America if the unthinkable should happen and the President isn’t reelected.

Currently the deep-state supported by liberal money is compiling a secret list of liberal activist judges, in the event Trump doesn’t win a second term.

Obviously if by some unimaginable circumstance the President were to lose the election his pro-growth economic policies would end, as would his dream of keeping “America great” however those political issues pale in comparison to what most Americans seldom think about, regarding the judicial branch of government which is no longer an equal partner of the legislative and executive branches but rather (in recent years), an unwelcome extension of the “Executive Branch.”

Imagine for a moment if unelected activist judges (regardless of party), continue legislating from the bench usurping the policy agenda of the executive branch, which is the reason why the Alliance for Justice and other liberal organizations are spending vast amounts of “dark money” working behind the scene compiling a hugh laundry list of activist judges ready to fill potential judicial vacancies, if a Democrat should win the White House in 2020.

Nan Aron, the president of the Alliance for Justice, told the New York Times, “It is essential to be ready on Day 1 of a new administration with names to fill every vacancy.”

Adding, “This is to start identifying people so the new President won’t waste a minute in addressing this need.”

The list thus far is being kept a secret, however, leftist extremists have one basic goal in mind, to undo President Trump’s efforts to transform federal courts back to their original premise as outlined within the Constitution, of the three co-equal branches of government, each a separate entity of the other.

Judicial Crisis Network president Carrie Severino criticized the initiative by The Alliance for Justice and other liberal organizations for their lack of transparency, pointing out that the Trump administration has been forthcoming about their judicial candidates.

“Shocking @nytimes story reveals left-wing dark money groups working with Democrat pres candidates on a secret list of nominees for SCOTUS. Why are they hiding this list? Why are they scared to show the American people the kind of judges they want?” she wrote on Monday.

Severino continued, “@realdonaldtrump had no problem revealing his list of potential judicial noms. He made it public, campaigned on it, & let the American people see the kind of judges he would appoint. Why are left wing dark money groups and Dems not willing to do same? What are they hiding?”

Adding, “These left wing dark money groups and their Dem allies are trying to expand the number of justices on #SCOTUS. They want to pack the Court, and aren’t even willing to tell the American people who they are going to pack the courts with. What are they hiding?”

The potential Constructional Crises facing America regarding activist judges legislating from the bench is perhaps best exemplified by the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, which has continually usurped and obstructed the President’s policies, even going as far as blocking the President’s   “Executive Orders” regarding our national security interests.

Moreover Democrats have continually and purposely “slow-walked” the President’s judicial nominees, forcing Senate Republicans to finally enact procedural changes speeding up the President’s judicial picks.

The GOP’s restored a precedent that had been in place during the first few years of President Barack Obama’s second term, which  limited that debate time from 30 hours of debate, to just 2 hours.

“The comprehensive campaign by Senate Democrats to delay Senate consideration of presidential nominations is now more than two years old,” McConnell said. “It’s time for this sorry chapter to end.”

South Dakota Sen. John Thune, the second-ranking Republican also weighted in stating, “The Senate’s advice and consent power is not supposed to be used to slow-walk all of a president’s nominees simply because one party doesn’t like the president who is doing the nominating.”

No one knows for sure where the “dark money” is coming from, it’s a safe bet that it’s coming from the same source funding those radical and violent leftist groups and pouring money into the campaigns of leftist Attorney Generals and progressive prosecutors around the country, namely from billionaire George Soros.

Talk about slow-walking judicial nominees, let’s consider how Obaman’s last Supreme Ct. nominee was denied even a hearing, let alone a Senate floor vote. Strange that event is not even mentioned in this article.
