Leave it to progressive lawmakers to once again debase the most rudimental principle in humankind, those basic “biological” differences between the two sexes.

However, if House Democrats have their way, they’ll attempt to once again out-fox nature, by introducing a bill forcing schools across the nation to accept a guise “man-made” female, also known as “transgender males” to compete in girls’ sports.

House Democrats voted on Friday 236 to 173 in favor of the Equality Act, which would force schools to include biological male athletes who identify themselves as “transgender girls” to compete against “natural girls” in that regardless of the scientific techniques and breakthroughs involved in transforming a male into a guise-female, the DNA that nature provides has only one purpose concerning gender, to separate male from female, which thus far cannot be reversed in a laboratory, only camouflaged and disguised.

The bill amends the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make “sexual orientation and gender identity” protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law. Which on its face sounds like a reasonable amendment, in that no one should be discriminated upon regardless of their sexual orientation, however by that same presumption no one because of their altered gender, from male to female should have an unfair advantage over natural born females, (especially within sports) where decidedly different DNA plays a pivotal role as to who wins and who loses.

Surprisingly 8- Republicans crossed party lines to vote for the bill, which had unanimous Democratic support.

Although the bill was packaged as an amendment to the Civil Rights Act of 1964, rightly protecting “sexual orientation and gender identity” however as usual progressives use a popular bill protecting a individual’s civil rights, as a smokescreen adding additional radical proposals and extremist measures, usually hidden within the bill under the guise of equality, which is exactly what this bill does in forcing public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls.

Republican Florida Rep. Greg Steube apparently read the entire bill and introduced a last-minute amendment to it that would have preserved Title IX’s protections of female athletic teams; however radical Democrats rejected it, revealing their true agenda.

Republican Arizona Rep. Debbie Lesko warned in an op-ed on Thursday. “People need to wake up. This radical bill is going to totally eliminate women’s and girls sports.”

Other Republican including Missouri Rep. Vicky Hartzler along with about 5-other House members held a press conference Thursday in opposition to the bill, to what Hartzler dubbed the “Inequality Act.”

Adding, “Congress enacted Title IX to provide equal opportunities for women in education and sports. All this is erased under H.R. 5.”

The firestorm of transgender males attempting to invade woman and girl locker-rooms, bathrooms and sporting events has been an ongoing controversy which seems to be growing worse.

In an April 29th Washington Post op-ed article 3-former legendary female athletes,  Doriane Coleman a professor at Duke Law School and a former track athlete, Martina Navratilova an 18-time Grand Slam winner and member of the International Tennis Hall of Fame and Sanya Richards-Ross an NBC Sports analyst and a four-time Olympic gold medalist, warned that the Equality Act would wreak havoc on women’s sports.

“The legislation would make it unlawful to differentiate among girls and women in sports on the basis of sex for any purpose. For example, a sports team couldn’t treat a transgender woman differently from a woman who is not transgender on the grounds that the former is male-bodied,” the former athletes wrote.

The 3-iconic female athletes concluded, “Yet the reality is that putting male- and female-bodied athletes together are co-ed or open sport. And in open sport, females lose.”

However portly House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler, who appears to have never missed a meal, insisted the bill wouldn’t put female athletes at a disadvantage.

Stating, “Many states have sexual orientation and gender identity nondiscrimination laws, and all of them still have women’s sports. Arguments about transgender athletes participating in sports in accordance with their gender identity having competitive advantages have not been borne out.”

Perhaps Nadler should take a look at his neighboring state Connecticut, where two transgender male runners have completely dominated girls’ high school track, in which female competitors have called the intrusion of transgender male runners “demoralizing.”

What should have been included is: Males can compete with females one year AFTER they get castrated and are in good health.

Sir, no matter how long, after conception as a male, the individual takes estrogen, and even has the full surgery, his anatomy and physiology REMAINS MALE, giving a physiological advantage that NO natural female can realistically compete against on a level field except in shooting or equestrian events.

That just eliminated all girls’ sports entirely; there are only male sports and limp-wristed male sports now. And this is just plain WRONG!
