There’s an old proverb that states there is “strength-in-numbers.” That simple phrase has apparently inspired a number of conservative Facebook employees to finally unite and come out of the shadows to stand as one voice against the company’s “intolerant” liberal culture.

The New York Times reports that more than 100 politically active conservative Facebook employees have formed an internal group called “FB’ers for Political Diversity.”

The group was created in an effort to counter the “intolerant” progressive culture pervasive within Facebook and throughout the tech industry.

Brian Amerige, a senior Facebook engineer, acknowledged the company’s progressive dogma in a recent post: “We are a political monoculture that’s intolerant of different views. We claim to welcome all perspectives, but are quick to attack, often in mobs, anyone who presents a view that appears to be in opposition to left-leaning ideology.”

The group’s main purpose is to acknowledge and promote political diversity among Facebook employees – and hopefully counter “group-think” and conservative stereotypes prevalent among the left.

The group has already encountered opposition among their progressive counterparts, claiming that the posts are somehow offensive to minorities. This, of course, prompted traumatized coworkers to immediately report the page to management – who in turn informed the emotionally scared coworkers that no site-rules were broken.

The mini-revolt by conservatives is indeed a big deal when one considers that the company employs approximately 25,000 people and only a hundred have signed up for a group that promotes political diversity.

During a meeting with the press on Tuesday, the president singled out Google’s methodology regarding search results, stating; “I think Google is really taking advantage of a lot of people and I think that is a very serious thing and it is a very serious charge. I think what Google and what others are doing, if you look at what is going on with Twitter and if you look at what’s going on in Facebook, they better be careful because you can’t do that to people. You can’t do it.”

Adding, “We have tremendous; we have literally thousands and thousands of complaints coming in. And you just can’t do that. And so I think that Google and Twitter and Facebook, they are really treading on very, very troubled territory and they have to be careful. It is not fair to large portions of the population.”

It’s time the social media giant got put on notice.

There was a time in this country when the complaint against social media bias would have held some weight. But since there is no regulation for truth in media, there is no basis for complaint. The are no longer laws to regulate truth in media, so fairness is no longer an issue.

I Agree!! No one has the right to tell us that we cannot say things that are from a different perspective than theirs. This country was built on multiple beliefs and viewpoints. We don’t want socialism here!!!

Yes. Liberals and Conservatives need to go to YouTube, and search “bill maher nancy maclean”.
On Kindle, I am over halfway through MacLean’s book, “Democracy In Chains: The Deep History of the Radical Right’s Stealth Plan for America”.
This information is real, true, and SCARY. Getting Brett Kavanaugh on the Court will be a HUGE step forward for them. These are the very wealthy, led these days by Charles Koch, and they mean to keep ALL their money, reduce our freedoms, and LOWER OUR STANDARD OF LIVING. We MUST stop them!
